Winter Plum (WM) is a combination of a Dark Brown base stain which is subsequently faux finished with an appliance white finish which highlights the significant design details and otherwise remains as a slight film over the base color.
This finish is recreated using our Black Base followed with White Antique.
We do not recommend to “paint” over already stained/painted concrete surfaces but for those areas that may have been water-stained, where hard water residues are covering the original surfaces, and where concrete is exposed we suggest to wipe this paint product and allow it to absorb into the surface. In other words, avoid leaving a thick layer of paint that could potentially peel and restore only the “base color” which can be repeated to get the desired coverage and hue.
After the base color has cured (check with materials used) the newly finished base color can be Antique Faux Finished which is left only as a slight film over smooth surfaces and more noticeable in the harder to reach crevices.
